Kenneth Igiri is an Enterprise Architect and Strategy Coach
with more than two decades of experience in Information Technology. His areas
of expertise and cognate experience include IT Service Management, Application
Support, Infrastructure Support and Enterprise Architecture. Kenneth has
developed rare leadership skills in his career having created value for
multi-nationals in the telco, banking and non-profit industries through
transformational leadership and horizonal influence.
His customer obsession, leadership capacity and enterprise
thinking capabilities have made indelible marks in the telco, banking and
non-profit industries. His impact resulted in supervisory roles in service
desk, database and architecture teams across two multinational organizations.
He transformed the Enterprise Architecture function of Africa's largest bank by
geographic footprint and is currently leading a similar effort in the world's
fifth largest non-profit. Kenneth is adept at tailoring industry frameworks to
realworld practice while driving value in IT service delivery through
cross-functional teamwork.
At present, besides evolving an Enterprise Architecture
practice in the non-profit sector, Kenneth coaches emerging entrepreneurs -
early-stage entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs - helping them bootstrap and
accelerate growth in their careers and businesses using strategy tools and
techniques. This is the outcome of a poignant, reflective question he explored
in 2019 – “How can my knowledge and
experience be more useful to Africans beyond the walls of the corporate
workplace?” Since then, he has been instrumental to the growth journey of
over fifty impact makers thriving in the businesses and careers. He currently

Kenneth has created two core programs to support the growth
of career professionals and emerging entrepreneurs in Africa: The Kenneth Igiri Career Growth Programme and the Interactive Ideation Session. Kenneth firmly believes in Africa’s
potential and consistently pushes the agenda of scaling by bootstrapping using
strategy tools and techniques in his niched and growing community – Kabila, the Strategy Community.
